This is a nice refreshing summer dessert, so simple to make too!:) You can serve them in little jars, dessert bowls or in small glass like these ones.

Easy Black Forest Cake
Expecting last minute guests? or short for time to make a delicious dessert? Here is a quick idea I came up with years ago…and its stuck with me all this time. Any one and everyone who has tried it absolutely loves it! so here goes!
Chocolate Cake Bites
This is a great dessert to make for a dinner party or potluck! I enjoy making cake balls, because its less stressful! If the cake cracks or breaks, no problem…just make cake balls!
Daisy Cake in Pink
Made this cake as a topping for a cupcake tree for my friends brothers wedding. I didn’t make the cupcakes as that would be too much for one person to do in a day! I really love this cake, its one of my favourite cakes that I made!

Chocolate Mini Bundt Cakes with Fresh Raspberries
I made these for a tea party that I was having for a friend of mine, that came into town for a visit. I made chocolate cake in a mini bundt cake pan. I made a chocolate ganache for the top of them, I garnished them with fresh raspberry’s and mint from my garden.
Bean Salad
This salad is very common in the Balkan regions , its easy to make, tasty and healthy! My mom always made this for us, and I love it! My kids do too! Pair it with a fresh loaf of bread and you have a great lunch or a side dish for dinner.
