I made this cake for a friend of mine, its a chocolate cake with  chocolate buttercream, custard filling. I just decorated it freestyle. I really don’t like my writing with icing….especially on a small cake like this, I think I need to get a stencil for cursive writing if there is such a thing!

I was searching for dill sauce recipes for salmon and all of them were made with either, yogurt, sour cream or cream cheese…..ok one prob…I never met an Albanian that would eat dairy with fish!  Mind you it might just be an old wives tale but I’m sticking to how I was raised, so I made up my own recipe!    I just eyed it, so approx you will need for 5 pieces of salmon.
