My daughter Dina had a business project with a partner, her job was to come up with a edible playdough and her friend was in charge of marketing, they had to present it to the class as if they were on one of those shows like the Dragons Den or Shark Tank. The project was a succsess! I decided to write a post about it and share the recipe with you, as I had wished I knew of a homemade recipe when my kids were little. I really can’t stand the smell of store bought dough, and how it sticks to everything and always having to watch the kids making sure they weren’t going to eat it. With homemade dough, no worries about any of that! Continue reading “Homemade Playdough” »

I have a story to share with you, I read it a while ago….not sure where I found it…but a friend of mine re- posted it and so I was able to read it again. I wanted to share this with you, as it has touched me and makes me appreciate my mother and grandmother and the sacrifices they made.
The sacrifices a mother makes for her children is something that is amazing and just comes naturally. A mother sacrifices even the last morsel of food for her children, this mother sacrificed something even greater.
No matter where your from in the world, we all can relate as mothers….the love, bond we have with our children is something we all share!
Mothers day is this weekend…but who says its only one day in a year! Mothers day is everyday! Wouldn’t it be nice to surprise your mom when she least expects it at any time of the year!?
To all the Moms out there, thank you for your care, love and compassion and sacrifices! We love you! Continue reading “Love of a Mother” »
