Basa fish comes frozen at the grocery store, its skinless and boneless. Thaw the fish in the fridge, once it its thawed rinse in cold water pat dry with paper towel, dip in some flour season with sea salt, pepper, paprika Mrs.Dash (any flavour). Then in a shallow pan, add some oil about 1/2 cup and pan fry the fish.
Cook fish on both sides, till fish is fully cooked, you can tell fish is cooked when it flakes. Then add to a paper toweled plate to soak oil. Transfer to serving plate.
Perfect, just a plain recipe for Basa, was hard to find this one.
