Kiyma pide is a Turkish pide recipe, if you love meat pies you will love these kiyma pides!
For dough:
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tsp sugar
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp yeast
Mix milk, yeast and sugar. Add flour start mixing in water and oil. Knead to form dough, drizzle with oil while kneading to prevent from sticking, cover and let rise. (takes about 40- 1 hour)

For meat filling:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- chili flakes
- fresh parsley chopped
- salt and pepper and any seasoning you like
- 1 tsp cumin
- any other seasoning you like
Combine all the ingredients for the meat filling.
Flour surface take some dough and roll out, place on greased pan and spread filling over the dough. Fold over edges, take 2 eggs and whisk pour over the pides and bake at 350 until dough and meat are cooked. Broil on low for a minute or so to get golden.
