Lady finger baklava, easier to make than the diamonds and much easier to eat! No fork needed for these little delights! I love making them for guests, friends….of course my family loves them too! I add ricotta to some of them, in Turkish the ricotta filled filo is called Lor….I make them into lady fingers and bake along the walnut filled ones. Both are delicious, of course you may make either or both as I have.

If you are going to use ricotta, spread 2-3 tbsp across the edge and roll like the others, and butter the filo like with the walnut version.
