Mini kabobs are perfect for wrapping up in pita for sandwiches or just enjoying them as is! I love making these when I am in a rush, and I need to make something fast for dinner! You can serve them with rice and salad, and tzatiki or as sandwiches with tzatiki…mmm yummy!
What you will need:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small tomato
- 1/2 cup freshly chopped parsley
- 1/2 green bell pepper optional
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp fresh or dry mint
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- 1 tsp Greek seasoning
- any spice or seasoning that you like to add is fine as well, I like to mix it up all the time
Chop tomato, pepper and onion in small chunks, mix all ingredients till well combined, pan fry or grill on both sides, use a couple of tsp of oil in pan to cook the kabob with, if your meat has fat in it, then the oil is not necessary.
