Omelette anyone? Super easy and yummy! You add more to it than I did, my son likes it just like this! Garlic and parsley is great too!
What you will need:
- 3 eggs
- 1 shallot or small onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 tbsp milk
- butter or olive oil for cooking
- sea salt and pepper
Chop onion and pepper saute in pan with some butter or olive oil, stir eggs and add milk, season with salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over the onions and peppers, cook on low to medium heat till cooked, flip over and serve with olives and feta if desired:)
If you like you can add the veggies and cheese in the middle before flipping. Enjoy!
