- 2 and 1/2 cups peach puree, 6-7 peaches
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 and 1/4 cups of half and half cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
Peel, cut and puree the peaches, combine with sugar, cream and vanilla, stir well and set in fridge for 3 hours.
Pour into frozen ice cream machine bowl and let it run for 20 minutes till thickened. Scoop out and transfer to a freezer safe container. Freeze for 2 hours before serving or you can enjoy it soft serve as soon as its done. Enjoy!
