Looking for a easy, light tasting dessert?  Want to impress your guests? I got the perfect thing for you!

Tiramisu in a loaf pan, comes out looking wonderful!

You can make it with decaf coffee, so the kids will enjoy it too with out jumping off the walls!:)

My whole family enjoys this dessert! I hope you will too!

From my kitchen to yours! Bon Appetite!

What you will need:

  • 20 lady fingers
  • 2-3 cups cooled coffee (I use Folgers  you may not need all of it, better to have more than run out)
  • 1/2 pkg softened cream cheese
  • 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 and 1/2 cups milk
  • 4-5 heaping tbsp cool whip or sweetened whip cream
  • Cocoa for garnish

Prepare pudding with milk, mix in the cream cheese until smooth, fold in the cool whip or  sweetened whip cream. That is your filling.

In loaf pan wrap with plastic wrap across both ways, so that you can flip out the tiramisu out from pan with ease.

Dip the lady fingers in coffee one at a time on both sides, lay across side by side in loaf pan.

Spoon over half of the filling and layer again with coffee dipped lady fingers.

Repeat ending with lady fingers.

Refrigerate for 4 hours or over night.

Turn over to serving dish, garnish with cocoa. Enjoy!
