Turkish Coffee Meringue Blossoms

Watch out! These Turkish coffee blossoms are addictive! You will not be able to stop yourself at one or two or three…you get the point!;)

What you will need:

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2  flatten teaspoon Turkish or espresso coffee
  • 1 tsp dark cocoa
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips melted

Heat oven to 300. Cover cookie sheets with parchment.  Beat egg whites, in bowl until foamy takes a couple minutes. Beat in sugar a spoon at a time; continue beating at high 3-5mins or until stiff and glossy add coffee and cocoa mix till blended. Do not under beat.
Drop by teaspoonfuls or use pastry bag 1 inch apart onto baking sheet. Bake about 30 minutes or until dry. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
