Watch out! These Turkish coffee blossoms are addictive, you will not be able to stop yourself at one, two or three. They are melt in your mouth delicious!
What you will need:
- 3 large egg whites
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 flatten tsp Turkish coffee
- 1 tsp dark cocoa
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips melted
Heat oven to 200 degrees. Cover cookie sheet with foil wrap. Beat egg whites in a mixing bowl until foamy (soft foam). Beat in sugar a spoon at a time; continue beating at high for about 3-5 minutes or until stiff and glossy. Add coffee and cocoa mix till blended, or lightly fold in with a spatula for a rustic look.
Drop by a tablespoon freestyle ‘cloud’ look or use a pastry bag with a 1 M tip and pipe out like a blossom, pipe 1 inch apart onto baking sheet. Bake for 55 minutes. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Enjoy!
